Thanksgiving

Wow did we have a terrific Thanksgiving! We really have so much to be thankful for - jobs that we enjoy, one another, an absolutely amazing God who continues to reveal Himself to us in the most unexpected ways, great families who love us and support us, our health, a beautiful home, sweet animals...the list could go on FOREVER.

Bill was able to take Tuesday through Sunday off work. Carol and her fiance came down from memphis Monday, and Tuesday we left for their grandad's house in St. Augustine. I know Bill despirately needed a break from work and I think he thoroughly enjoyed it. Southern Company was nice enough to refrain from any major power disasters all week so he didn't even have to field a single phone call while we were out of town. We did a little shopping Wednesday and Thursday, then had an "anti-Black Friday" in which we refrained from shopping, relaxed at the house, and watched the Iron Bowl. While the outcome was not what we wanted, we were pleased with the effort but forth by Auburn, so WAR EAGLE. We got home Saturday evening and spent Sunday putting up Christmas decorations. Yes, Christmas has officially exploded at the Tinsley household...pictures to follow. In the meantime, here is the annual Tinsley family Thanksgiving photo.
