I did the most exciting thing Friday night. For the first time in more than 6 years I purchased clothes in a single digit size. Who hoo!! That's really exciting to me because I thought those days were long gone. I am not completely in a size 8 (crazy women's sizes - some brands you may be an 8 while others you may be a 10), but the fact that I did purchase two size 8 dresses that fit me well makes me super happy. I have now gone down 2 sizes and I am still hoping for one more. Yet, once again, I like to tell myself as long as I don't gain any back, I will be happy.
By the way, if anyone is a size 12 or knows someone who is, I have a ton of clothes I will be taking to a consignment shop soon. Anyone is welcome to them before then. Let me know, and you can come by and rummage through my closet. I have several dresses and a few pairs of Express trousers, some of which have hardly been worn.
